Transport
Michael and Kat - driving from Cambridge on 27th/28th December. Michael will drive from Arisaig to Seathwaite on 3rd January (evening).
Kat - needs a lift to Cambridge on 4th (Lucy??)
David and Ruth - driving from Minehead to Carnforth (via Derby) on 27th December and on to Arisaig on 28th. Both returning to Carnforth on 4th January (daytime). David continuing to Derby on evening of 5th after a day in the Lakes (but maybe on 4th if weather is poor). Caroline and Alex hitching a lift from and to Carnforth. Car full.
Alex and Ausma - flying into Edinburgh on 28th December then driving to Arisaig... unfortunately we are likely to arrive very late at night (we might even arrive later than DC and Mary!!). Probably departing on the 3rd in the morning, to drive to Germany.
Ian and Emma - driving up on 28th, back on 4th
Lucy - driving from Knaresborough on the 28th. Returning to Cambridge on the 4th (may stop over in Knaresborough for the night and continue to Cambridge on the 5th, depending on who is in the car, how urgently they need to get back, and whether they're happy to do some driving). 3 or 4 spaces depending on how cosy you are!
Money
- The house costs £2706 (including booking fee and card charge) and sleeps 16.
- If we fill it, that's £169.13 each.
- Cost has currently been split between 15 people. 16h person (TBC) can pay a larger share of the food bill.
Food
I've volunteered to organise food this year. I've set up a wiki ( food wiki ) where people can express their food related views. CH
